TRANSFERRING LEARNING

All Indigo Sky Training courses are available for adaptation and transfer to our clients. It may be that for language, logistics or cost reasons it is better for a client to role out a programme using their own people than for Indigo Sky to do so. In recognition of that we have a recommended process for transferring a specific programme whilst maintaining quality of input.

The steps described below have been shown to create a successful transfer where the right people have been selected to deliver.

1. Original programme is run by an Indigo Sky Trainer with potential trainers observing and taking notes.
2. Trainers receive a copy manual including visual aid material and recommended back ground reading.
3. Train the trainer programme is run specific to the course that is being transferred. Plus an assessment of the potential trainers. Usually 3 days.
4. On delivery of the first programme the Indigo Sky Trainer will be in attendance to lend support, advice and post course feedback.
5. The In house trainers deliver themselves with telephone or e mail support available for upto a year plus you will be informed of any course updates or innovations for a year.

The train the trainer course mentioned above is specific to the programme that is being transferred and covers both content and style a separate generic train then trainer programme is available as a stand alone intervention.
