What we're reading
Our experts are business experts.  So we have decided to share with you what we are currently reading to update our own skills and knowledge, and other suggested texts that we recommend to clients.  We've included the links to Amazon mainly because unless you are travelling it is the easiest way to get nearly any title you could ever want.  And we've always found the "what other people who bought this book are reading" gives us even more ideas.....

This page would be huge if we included all the titles on our recommended list.  Please email us if you would like the full suggested reading list.

"Negotiate This"
Herb Cohen

It is, as the title would suggest, on negotiating.  I think extremely readable, lots of interesting anecdotes and excellent reflections on technique.

"The Mind of a Fox"
Chantell Illbury

"A first rate book on the subject of scenario planning.  How to make better decisions and informed choices might be a better description, readable and not complicated to follow the process.  The only thing missing is some less complex scenarios as examples" - Shekhar Varma

"NLP Masterclass"
David Molden

"Know Yourself"

Nicola Wise says "A self help workbook which you can work through and start to understand yourself better. This helps you manage others more effectively as well as focus on where you are headed in your job and future."

The following books are suggested by Nicola Wise as part of Leadership and People/Team management development

"The One Minute Manager"
...and other books in this series by
Ken Blanchard

"These books are short story style and very easy to read. The principles are simple but effective."

"Feel the Fear and do it Anyway"
Susan Jeffers

An excellent book to use if you want to build your confidence and plan your future. If you have any staff that need some help, this is a really good book to advise them to buy and use.
